The bottoms feature a hard sole combined with 4 layers of vulcanized rubber to provide protection from reefs and other underwater structures, making them excellent for beach wear or for wear in rugged conditions. The boots can be used with Ray-Guard Shields (not included) to also provide protection from underwater urchins.
